- For a payment question, the date and amount.
Never send a password or a full card number.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel your Operatr subscription at any time in Plan and billing, under Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals.
Refunds follow section 9 of the Terms.
Paid a trainer through Operatr? Ask your trainer first. Their own terms cover training cancellations and refunds.
